Dispute resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you may escalate the matter through our formal dispute resolution process:

  1. Step 1 — Internal complaint: Email [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a written response within 14 business days.
  2. Step 2 — Internal escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to a senior manager by replying to your complaint reference. The escalation will be reviewed within 10 business days.
  3. Step 3 — External review: If the dispute remains unresolved, you may contact our regulator, the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), for independent review. You may also contact the relevant state or territory consumer affairs body.
